QLD 190/491 ROI가 9월19일 금요일에 오픈될 예정입니다.
눈에 띄는 주요 (변경)사항입니다.
- 경력조건이 주당 20시간으로 완화되었습니다. 또한 casual도 인정이 되구요 2개 job을 묶을 수도 있습니다.
- ongoing work 조건이 폐지되었습니다. 즉, 향후 6개월, 12개월 고용보장에 대한 조건은 없습니다.
- Building/Construction 직업군에 대한 새로운 pathway가 생겼고 이 직업군들이 많이 유리해질 것 같습니다.
- EOI/ROI 제출일, 전체 포인트는 전혀 고려대상이 아닙니다.
- Selection에서 중요한 건 직업군, 학력, 나이, 영어, 지역, 경력, 연봉(onshore pathway인 경우), 파트너 스킬 등입니다.
- 새로 EOI를 만들 필요가 없습니다. 기존에 있는 걸 그대로 사용할 수 있습니다. 그리고 only QLD를 선택하지 않아도 됩니다.
- SBO 프로그램은 차츰 폐지됩니다. 2025년 9월19일 이후에 business를 사는 경우 자격요건이 안 됩니다.
아래는 각 pathway별 기본적인 자격요건이구요 further information은 QLD 웹사이트에 조만간 업데이트될 것으로 봅니다.
1. Skilled workers living in QLD
- Have an occupation on the QLD Onshore Skills List
- Have at least competent English
- Have been living and working in QLD for at least 6 months (491) or 9 months (190) before submitting ROI
* The work experience must be closely related to nominated occuption. at least 20 hours per week. casual work is accepted. multiple jobs can be combined.
2. QLD university graduates
- Have a nominated occupation on the QLD Onshore Skills List
- Have at least competent English
- Have been living and working in QLD for at least 6 months (491) or 9 months (190) before submitting ROI
* The employment may be in any skill level 1 occupation. at least 20 hours per week. casual work is accepted. multiple jobs can be combined.
- Have a bachelor, master or PhD degree from a QLD university
- Graduated after 1 July 2021
3. QLD building and construction workforce
- Have an occupation on the QLD Onshore Skills List that is indicated as included in the building and construction workforce pathway
- Have at least competent English
- Have been living and working in QLD for at least 3 months before submitting ROI
4. Skilled workers living outside Australia
- Have an occupation on the QLD Offshore Skills List
- Have at least competent English
- Have at least 1 year's experience in the nominated occupation. Must still be employed in the nominated occupation at the time your are invited and nominated.
